The space
This home has been tastefully remodeled and furnished with the guest in mind. 5 total Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Quality linens and bedding throughout. Home is an entertainers dream with many amenities. Kitchen features include granite wrapped island with breakfast bar and top of the line appliances. Living Area has sofa sleeper and big screen TV. Game room with pool table and wet bar to enjoy a game at the end of the day. Master Bedroom sits on one side of home by itself for a private retreat. Large Master Bedroom and Luxurious Master Bath awaits. 4 Guest Bedrooms including a childrens room with bunk beds and a play station gaming system. All bedrooms include TV\'s and cable access. Home has dramatic vaulted ceilings and is bright and cheery throughout. 2 garage stalls available for guest use and on site laundry as well. Backyard boasts a private heated pool, putting green, and games for the family. Enjoy an outdoor dinner under the patio or grab a floatie and cool off in the pool in the Summer. This backyard space plenty to do for anyone in the family.
No Loud Parties. Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly Outside
This is not a party house and no loud or disruptive behavior to the neighborhood will be tolerated. It is ok to have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.
Max number of guests allowed at the home at any time is 11 without prior approval.
Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $300 per week. Must give manager at least 72 hours advance notice of pool heating.
Guests Traveling with children 6 and under please notify manager so a pool safety notice can be provided.
